Managing Partner & Chairman

Gus Laredo is the Managing Partner and Chairman of Condor Equity Partners, a strategic operational advisory firm combining executive leadership, technology expertise, and hands-on operating experience to help organizations navigate growth, transformation, and value creation across technology, TMT, ICT, professional sports, sports-anchored real estate and a diverse range of industries. Over the past three decades, he has built a career as an operator, investor, entrepreneur, and senior executive, leading businesses and strategic initiatives across North America, Europe, and Latin America.

Born in La Paz, Bolivia and based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Laredo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from University of San Francisco.

Mr. Laredo has co-founded and led several companies through successful strategic outcomes, including:

Five9 — founding Chief Operating Officer and International Vice President, helping build one of the early pioneers in cloud-based contact center technology. NASDAQ public listing FIVN.
Sierra360 — Chief Executive Officer and Board Member prior to its acquisition by NICE Systems. NASDAQ: NICE
Whendu — Chief Operating Officer and Board Member before the company's acquisition by Five9. NASDAQ: FIVN
